Incidente de desacato.

La peticionaria argumentó que la sentencia T-683/12no ha sido cumplida por los accionados y en tal sentido presentó incidente de desacato para establecer sanción.

La Sala no advierte la necesidad de que la Corte adopte directamente el trámite del incidente propuesto y en consecuencia, decide NO ASUMIR la petición y remitir ésta al Juzgado Tercero Civil del Circuito de Bogotá, para que determine lo que estime pertinente.
